Music Is A Great Motivator

I have a music work out playlist. It plays all the songs, from my pop music phase, along with Broadway musicals. Songs, that I can sing along with while I am working out. That way, when I can't do the exercise on the tape I can dance to the music to keep moving.

    I know that for myself as well music just keeps me moving longer and depending on the right music moving faster! emoticon
