Whenever I get too consistent with workouts or food eaten or walking routines I stagnate. When I realize what's going on I change up everything and mix up my life. Walk different routes, change exercise machines and other workout routines, the order I do them, and take out or add different food.

    I just recently hit a plateau. It hurts my feeling when I continue to work out and eat right and still have no results. I have changed my workouts but the food may also be a pivitol point.. Thanks =) - by SAMKIL
