You've reached your goal weight and you are healthier and happier than you have been in a long time. You've changed your life style, so why change anything? Play a little with your food intake to see what keeps you balanced. Don't be afraid to have 4 pieces of Hershey's Dark Chocolate Kisses
instead of 2-3. Keep up your water intake and weigh once every couple of weeks to see if you are maintaining and adjust your meals and exercise program as necessary. DO NOT revert to the habits you had pre-Spark! A bag of potato chips? No. A half gallon of ice cream? No. You know how to do it!

Getting it right, finally. I read the book "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. It has become my Bible, along with "The Spark". I have always known that food played a very obsessive role in my life...the book explains those obsessions and how to overcome them...just reading the information brought me to tears. I am grateful everyday for those who can bring us out of our insanity without therapy. I now eat to live not live to eat. I track my food and plan my meals and it is enough....
There is never a reason to give up...keep on keeping on and the answers will come....love and hugs everyone. HONEY
We all will hit plateaus in our journey to lose weight. The secret is to expect them, and simply be stronger during those days when the scale seems like the frozen fish it has become. Keep exercising, keep drinking your water, and keep sparking your food intake. 9
