I have 3 large bottles of water (20 oz) that I keep in the freezer. I reuse them all the time. Fill them up with water about 3 inches from the top to allow for expanding of ice. When I am ready to use I open and add cold water to space and go. Always have COLD refreshing water.

This tip brought back good memories for me. My grandmother used to do this with gallon milk jugs. My grandfather is a cattle rancher and he would take one with him in his truck out to see the cows every morning. She even made me one that was a half gallon jug. She made quilted covers for the jugs to cut down on sweating and insulate them. The water would last all day and those days out with my grandaddy are some of my favorite memories.. I think this is a FANTASTIC idea :)

Reusable metal containers work, too. Just know how many ounces it contains and only fill it to 70% capacity. Then you will have room for a little more water when you're ready to take it out and use it for the day.

I do the same. When I leave the house I grab a bottle from the freezer. I find when I have it cold and ready I am more likely to drink more. I am glad I like water. I don't want any flavoring in it.
