Planning ahead for success is a great motivator. i am participating in C25K. i will complete the program just in time to run my first 5k, on my 50th birthday. today i filled out the entry form! and wrote the check. it will be in the mail tomorrow! am really geared up for this now!

Even if you only have 10 minutes Plan to surround yourself with supportive people Giving yourself positive feedback should be part of your plan This is a journey and you will have success if you follow your plan. Plan to succeed by putting exercise on your weekly schedule. Then make it the highest priority item for that day. Do not accept other invitations for that time unless you can reschedule your fitness activity for a time that you know you will committ to.
