This Sparked Me!

I find that viewing my spark points page helps me to navigate through a lot of the things this site has to offer. Before I was loosing things because I would click on a new interest then not get back to where I started. Now I just go back to my spark points page to start again. emoticon

I agree! I sometimes forget to go back to my favorite spots, but checking my SparkPoints page keeps tracking for me.

I agree. And I like that if you go from article to article, you don't end up with lots of open tabs that you have to click out of. I find the site very easy to use and very well done (aside from spelling errors in the Experts' articles at times).

There are many secrets of success adding up for me, one of them is to stay away from the buffets. I do much better on my calorie count for each day by packing a lunch, snacks and liquids for the day before heading out. It's ok to treat myself to lunch out occasionally but given too many choices, it can get me in trouble. My husband is even trying to follow my lead which makes me very happy. emoticon
