In the beginning a few years ago,I had a doctor I dealt with regularly and a counselor also.I went to the GNC or a Vitamin Shoppe and did some research like they told me too.I found that chromium plus cinnamon helps you naturally maintain healthy weight and sugar levels.I also began taking a woman's ultra mega for energy and bone plus breast health , as with all overweight people that is an issue. 381

Be sure to read the label of the products you buy because you never know when the manufacturer might decide to change something. This happened to me today. A product that I've bought for quite a while added Soy to it's ingredients and I don't buy products with soy because of health concerns. So bought another brand that didn't have soy. Too bad.
2 to 3 servings/day of soy protein; 2 servings/day of plant stanols or sterols found in products such as Benecol & Take Control margarine and lots of fiber especially from oat bran, psyllium & barley - can each lower LDL by up to 10%.
