If I break it down into groups of ten pounds I find it easier to cope with.
Also, if I think of desserts etc in their individual components (ie fat and sugar) It is easier to avoid eating the junk

    That is exactly my take on the issue. It lessens my anxiety over food and I focus more on reality better. Thanks! emoticon
