Are you over the hill?

More Information:

Admit it! Acknowledge it! Shop on senior citizen discount days at the stores. And ask . . . there are stores and even restaurants that don't advertise their discounts.

  • Senior rates start much younger than you might think. It never hurts to ask. I've used many at 55, some start at 50. - by CAPTHAMMER

I just discovered that Denny's gives senior discounts during certain times of the day ---now I can't remember when, but it is around dinner time. And I just switched insurance companies to save money and later found out I might have saved even more with the same company through AAA. So it is always good to ask if they offer AARP or AAA, or senior discounts. My local community college offers free credited classes to seniors (as long as the class isn't full.) So I even have a student ID card and can get student discounts on some things. - by STORMY724
