Write down 3 things you did right today, and 2 things that you wil improve for tomorrow.
It reminds you how well you did & that you are working towards better.
Journalling is one of the best ways to keep on target. Looking back you see where you came from, that you HAVE made progress & that you're truly moving forward, even when it looks like you're standing still. Besides, you can't eat AND write. :)
