APPARENTLY, when i eat gobs of food after 10:30 at night, i believe i don't have to list them on my food tracker because they don't count as consumed? emoticon

    Yeah, just like anythig shaped like a zero doesn't count. For instance: bagels, doughnuts, cookies with a hole,jelly candy rings...NOT!!! emoticon

    I also believe that if you eat off your husband's plate, they don't count either!! So wish it was true!

    Is this because Spark is telling you it's the next day, because of the time zone difference? ;) Just click the arrow to go back to the previous day and enter your foods anyway!

    Actually, I'm pretty sure I've heard that eating within three hours of going to bed messes with your body and you end up converting even more of it to fat instead of burning it..... sorry....
