Pick 1 specific goal (etc to do 10 minutes exercise every day), set a time (when I get home from work) and a place - be specific so that it's measureable. Do this for a month then increase by 10 minutes. Stick to 1 goal at a time or it won't become a habit!! Do too much and you lose track.
Habits take 30 days to form- if you stick to changing 1 habit, you can then add another when it's a habit- eg uv done 1 month of exercise, now try having less sugar/soda- do it for a month. Keep doing this & ull manage to change your lifestyle.
