Sweets are my downfall. If I have one jellybean (or any other favorite sweet), I want the whole bag. I find that if I stick to a high protein diet, I do not crave sweets often. Wasabi Soy Almonds are my saving grace for snacks.

  • For me its crisps (chips) and nuts, all the savoury snacks that are the temptation. I do like dried apricots and sunflower seeds too. They are all the sort of snack you could eat and eat. emoticon
My answer to them all is to make up "Snax Pax" of small quantities of my favourite snacks, for which I know the calorie content.I try to keep each one at about 100 cal or less, then limit myself to ONE pack at a time. If I feel the craving for a second pack, I try to have something different, so at least I'm getting variety. The fact I have to make the effort to get another pack can be enough to put me off when I'm doing other things. emoticon - by DOTTYDRUID
