Sweets are my downfall. If I have one jellybean (or any other favorite sweet), I want the whole bag. I find that if I stick to a high protein diet, I do not crave sweets often. Wasabi Soy Almonds are my saving grace for snacks.

1. do a lot of sport 2.drink 2-3 liters of water per day 3.drink tea and smoothie without sugar 4.sleep 7/8 hours per night 5.eat small portion size of 200/400 calories 6.don't eat in front of the television, avoiding sweets, fry, junk food 7. eat mostly fruit and vegetables 8. carbs at lunch and protein at dinner (not after 7 pm) 9.drink before a meal 10.massage the critic area and then put some cold compress on it. 192
Friends who think I look good get confused if I say I am on a diet, and everyone else, particularly if they are heavier, get downright aggressive. Now, I only tell people that I am trying to make healthier food choices, and I get a lot less resistance, whether I am refusing seconds or avoiding sweets.
