I've come to a realization I've been hiding behind my weight. But I'm tired of having this security blanket on me and am ready to throw it away. Life is something worth experiencing and appreciating, and not hiding from. Daily I remind myself - it's time to throw away the security blanket.

Eight glasses of water a day is no joke! It's hard to keep count and can sometimes be intimidating. So what I do is always keep a water bottle with me; like a security blanket. That way, no matter what, I have a drink handy ;)
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry on normal functions.
My wellness Dr. explained to me that my cravings were happening because my body wasn't getting the nutrition it needs. I've learned that when I'm getting all the nutrients I need on a daily basis I don't have a problem with cravings. My body seems to calm down. I've been getting up about 45 mins early. I drink a glass of H20 and sit in my meditation chair. I spend about 15 mins in prayer/meditation then I boot up my laptop, spread my throw on the lvg rm rug and find at least 1 short SP video that I can do b4 I shower. I don't even drink coffee 1st thing anymore. Now that really amazes my hubby!
If I can fit in those few minutes of prayer and meditation and get that 1 SP video behind me; it motivates me to stay on track the rest of the day.
