I have a small notebook with ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks under 100 calories that fit within my calorie range, so I don't have to think about eating.

MORE INFORMATION:
when the world comes crashing down around you, having one less thing to think about helps. Having food that you can eat listed in a notebook, keeps me from overeating when I feel overburdened.

    I don't keep a notebook, but I have been doing this long enough that I have that list in my head. I know all my good breakfast & lunch choices, I know which snacks work well for me. I also know how to make the best choices if I have to eat out. A notebook would be really good too, just to keep me honest!
