all you super-mom's (and dads) it is a fact that stress from shouldering the world leads to illness, obesity, poor sleep and added pounds so I remind myself daily (sometimes every minute) that I am only one person. I can't take on the world if I don't take care of me first.
I got off track because I hurt my shoulder. It bummed me out since I was so motivated to lose weight and stay focused. This shoulder has been an issue now for 2 weeks. I finally realized I have to move. It is not important that I do the same workout. Let my body heal and move forward. 347
