Make the most of your outward car journeys.... I do my facial exercises when no-one can see or hear me. For the duration of one or two songs on the radio say A, E, I, O, U in a very exaggerated fashion and you will use all the muscles that can cause our facial muscles to sag when you lose a lot of weight. For a bonus do your pelvic floor on the return journey;-)
It is quite easy to make this a habit..... I always start mine as my car goes past the sweet shop......

I love getting facials, but there are expensive. So I watch for announcements of new people starting with a salon or studio. They often offer discounts as a way to get clients. I just got a great 60 minutes facial for $30.
