I've been struggling to get my morning workout in and read my bible every morning due to time constraints. Now I found a free online audio link where I can listen to the bible every morning and workout at the same time. I get to revitalize my body and faith at the same time. WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY!

My husband like to study the Bible and his Sunday school lesson at the kitchen table. We have a small table that seats 4. He uses the study Bible , his regular Bible, a bible dictionary, a dictionary set that consists of two large dictionaries, a concordance and a couple of Sunday school books. To keep all of this in order I placed a small book case beside the table. It helps him to keep his material at hand, including pencils and writing material, leaving the table clutter free.149
I do Bible study/devotion in the mornings so I put off my workouts until I come home from work. I make sure the first thing I do when I walk through that door is change into workout clothes, pop in the DVD and go to it. That way it's done, and I have the rest of the evening to myself to do as I wish
I prefer to do longer workouts all at once (45-60 minutes) rather than breaking them into 3-4 shorter sessions. I like knowing that once I'm done, I'm done. Sometimes I'll do a 15 minute session, telling myself I'm coming back to do another , but I rarely do.
