put a quart of water on to boil. Add 4 bags of green tea, (shown to boost metabolism 12% by drinking just one cup) a sliced tangerine, (it's chemical composition increases sensitivity to insulin and stimulates genes that help to burn fat). In the morning, fill your favorite drinking glass up with ice, pour the brew to 3/4 full and top off the rest of the way with water. Enjoy for the rest of the day!DO THIS EVERY NIGHT AND DAY.
2. CROCKPOT (CP) NIGHT: On eve of Groc Night, clean out fridge & serve Leftover Buffet. Put tomorrow's prepped meal in fridge, & put note on door: Remember To Plug In CP.
3. GROCERY NIGHT: Divide protein into meal-sized portions; freeze or marinate; put everything up, rotating stock FIFO. You have time to do this b/c dinner is ready in the CP when you walk in the door, & there is room in your clean fridge.
4. PRODUCE NIGHT: Usually day after Groc Night. Peel 5lb bag of carrots (cont'd)
& shred some for salad. Cut celery & carrots into sticks, caulif into florets, broccoli into spears, wash lettuce leaves & make salad. Bag all veggies = ready all week for snacks, lunches, & cooking.
