I LOVE lemon in my water! I prefer fresh lemon and won't use the bottled lemon juice. But, I was struggling to keep fresh lemons on hand. I started squeezing them right away, putting the juice in cube trays and freezing them. Now I always have fresh lemon juice on hand!
I juice my lemons using a press, pour them into a measuring cup (for easing pouring into the cube trays) and use a basic ice cube tray. Super easy!
