Do two exercises together to not get bored. For example, this evening, my hucband and I plan to take a short hike to the beach and go swimming and then hike back to the truck. We get to see some scenery and go swimming at the same time!

Hi there, Peggie! My name is Brooke, and I really like your post about doing something with your husband, regarding swimming and the support you provide each other. I love swimming, and find it to be the only exercise, that I can do safely, with my current weight, and physical challenges. It is a breath of fresh air, to see that there are couples who still do things, together. I live alone and haven't been in a relationship, for over twenty years. It is very lonely at times. Well, Kudos to you, and I applaud your working together, for each other. God Bless, you.
