I've come to really love exercising and eating healthy because each setback gives me something to look forward to. When I really push myself to improve, the effects are incredible. I feel strong and confident and hopeful.
I started pilates a month ago, and it often feels as though my weaknesses are being rubbed in my face. Still, I absolutely love it. Because I can SEE my progress. When I push my body beyond its current abilities, I am amazed by the progress I do make.
