Add 1 or 2 extra tbsp of fat free yoghurt to your smoothies or banana milk or any beverage of the type. It makes the consistency of your drink very creamy & adds flavour without adding fat! emoticon

    Thanks for the idea- I will have to add some greek yogurt to my shakes and see what I think.
