Holy crap, did you know that a tsp of salt is like 3,000 mg of sodium? I guess it's obvious, but is it avoidable? Celery salt is 100 mg of sodium and tastes great! I'm less worried about bloating and water retention, and I feel healthy and clever too - like I'm cheating my fat!

I suffer from terrible cravings late at night! I was looking for acceptable snacks, and I came across someone who suggested celery as a salty snack. I am certain it was a joke... however, I gave it some thought and started dipping celery sticks into a mixture of Salt and spices.
