Holy crap, did you know that a tsp of salt is like 3,000 mg of sodium? I guess it's obvious, but is it avoidable? Celery salt is 100 mg of sodium and tastes great! I'm less worried about bloating and water retention, and I feel healthy and clever too - like I'm cheating my fat!
