My secret is to exercise, as soon as I get up and moving. I eat a very small item that I call a breakfast snack, (80 cal yogurt), begin drinking my first glass of water and I'm out the door to exercise. Get it over with and be done. emoticon

    For me, it's a handful of raw mixed nuts for protein, then grab a bottle of water with a little apple cider vinegar, which is good for the liver and for weight loss. Then out the door.

    With the weather getting warmer everyday my workouts are going to get earlier. It has to at least be 40 degrees outside or I just don't enjoy it.

    That's what I like too do as well. I like to get up read my bible and out the door. I walk and be praying at the same time.

    Needed this too! I never know what to eat before working out in the AM. I definitely NEED something to give me the boost, or I have a bad workout. Yogurt!

    thank you for giving me the necessary "kick in the butt", I have been really complacent, since the beginning of this (never-ending) cold season. Time to get back in the routine.
