I love to bake and I substitute everything I can and still have great taste. I will use egg whites for most of the eggs, applesauce for 1/2 the oil and splenda for 1/2 of the sugar. I also use mini chocolate chips and use less.

More Information:

The recipes are healthier and have less calories.

  • I use ground ginger to cut the sugar. 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 cup sugar. You still get the taste of sweetness from the ginger without the calories. - by MSLZZY
