The ONLY thing I've lost during my healthy life style change, is T.V. time. I cannot believe the hours upon hours I wasted. Nothing is more rewarding to me, after a long day of work, than going for a long run.

I always put my TV on Fit TV before I shut it off so that way whenever I sit down and turn it on I see people working out, healthy ways to cook or motivating stories. This encourages me to participate with them, lift some weights while watching or get off the couch.
