What I know from the past and am relearning is that every day that I make it out to walk, bike, hike, whatever, adds to "the routine". 5 or 6 straight days of walking could turn into months or years of it.

  • You are so correct about making those efforts and eventually they become a routine that we think nothing of doing. I think I have heard that 2 weeks of a daily item can make it a habit. The sad part is that it takes a lot of effort to get the habit and easy to lose if a person lets it. - by CTTAGENT
