Coffee Additives

This Sparked Me!

I am a big fan (WAS) of putting yummies into my coffee in the morning. I would literally pour creamer in my cup. Now, I am being accountable and I leave a Tablespoon out for me and I add only 2 T. which I am told is 30 calories. This little thing must amount to a big thing in time. Shelley

You can also try flavored coffee without the creamer for 0 calories.

I'm not one that likes to eat first thing in the morning so I usually pack fat-free milk, cereal and fruit for when I arrive at work and have my coffee with just 1 Tbsp of fat-free creamer as a treat for when I finish my breakfast.

Good move! You must be using the same sugar-free creamer I do :)

I was a "free-pourer" also. My measuring spoons and measuring cup have become my new best friends. And my coffee still tastes just as good!

It's funny how many women here at the office only have "coffee" for breakfast. Coffee turned white with creamer! Two or three cups of that and you could have had a real breakfast. It smells great, but I just avoid it all together now.

I do the same thing when I started doing it I was putting 4 Tbsp of creamer and 3 Tbsp of sugar. over 200 cals. since tracking it I am down to only 3 Tbsp of creamer.
