Take a long strap of fabric.... I used my son's orange belt from taikwondo. Wrap the strap around you from the back at about the nipple line. Take the two ends and put the right one over th right shoulder, let over left shoulder. Reach back and cross the straps so you bring the right one out front on your left side and vice verse. With your hands at right angles to the floor and in front of you, pull forward on the straps. Your shoulders will be in line with hips, ankles and ears!
