as you get correspondance in, especially around the holidays you may not have time to write down new addresses- keep a small basket or an envelope in your desk drawer to toss in the address corner from your envelope- as they pile up when you have the time copy them in your address book

Don't buy envelopes, use the ones you get in the mail
Instead of buying envelopes, I use the ones that I get in junk mail and bills (I pay online, so I don't need the envelopes). I put the address labels I get from companies who want me to buy stuff or donate money over the return address. If there's a clear window or address printed in the "mail to" area of the envelope, I cover it with a piece of paper taped or glued in place and put the correct address on it.
In addition to the SparkPeople website, I also keep updated on WebMD.com which has many articles about health and problems. They provide several different articles about weight and dieting. I have learned a lot from this website.
