I have a body bugg which I programed to remind me every hour to get up and exercise. The result is I am doing more mini sparks like marching or jogging in place, using a resistance bands, weights, doing pushups, or crunches.
Get others involved to keep up exercise all day long!
Get those around you during the day (friends, co-workers) to get on board and motivate each other for simple exercise!
At my office at the top of the hour every hour we all get down and do 25 pushups or 25 scrunches switching every hour. We all motivate each other and get that extra little work out in! This keeps up our metabolism through the day and helps with weight loss a ton!
