Never eat standing up! If you're really hungry, you need to take the time to eat slowly and the only way to do this is to sit down and enjoy your meal. When you're standing up, you can quickly forget how much your eating and undo so much good work.

    I totally agree with this. I try and sit down every day at work in a quiet place and eat my lunch....i find if i munch while working i eat way too much
