Whenever I'm doing a particularly hard workout and I want to stop, whether it's on the elliptical, running, or strength training, I tell myself "just get to the halfway mark and don't worry about the rest." I push myself through to 50%, then suddenly it seems like there's not much left and I can easily get to the end without stopping. This always helps me!
