If your phone has an "alarm" clock, use it to remind you to perform certain tasks or meet appts. Mine even lets me pick different sounds. For instance, to help me remember to drive my kids to piano lessons, I have a piano riff that goes off. I know the instant I hear it what I need to do.

I am going to give this a try; especially when school starts and life gets really hectic again! I am even going to put a reminder to exercise and log my food! Thanks for the idea!

That alarm feature has been a godsend. I usually set a 1 hour prior alarm on the appointment item just to make sure I don't miss them on the day of.

Keep yourself accountable but build in small rewards and forgive yourself for your mistakes. I find that tracking everything helps me lose weight, and scheduling in small rewards such as getting my hair or nails done, buying a luxury (such as nice lotion) or exercise outfit every five pounds or so keeps me motivated. Also, being honest with myself when I don't follow my nutrition plan and forgiving myself helps me get back on track faster and closer to my healthier me.
