When entering debits or checks written into your register, round up to the next nearest whole dollar - over the course of many transactions, you'll find yourself socking away hundreds of dollars a few never-missed cents at a time! I have saved about $500 dollars in two years!
Make sure to note the "real" debited amount to the left so that you can balance your accounts accordingly, and DON'T round up your deposits to the account (claiming more than you've got defeats the purpose, lol).

At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
