I read this some where--maybe in SP articles a day or two ago that when you eat at the SAME TIMES each day it helps to stabilize your weight loss. Just like weighing yourself the same way-dressed or not, EACH TIME, CONSISTENCY seems to be the KEY YET AGAIN!!!! I notice that I ALWAYS NEED A SNACK..
or some small SNACKS @ 3 or 3:30 pm to hold me til dinner. I always eat an EARLY lunch [11:15] and an early dinner [4:30 or 5:00] due to different influences-- after school snacking , on an early lunch schedule as a teacher for YEARS, etc. So, for me, staying on schedule to eat my meals has helped!
