Walk with your phone
When I get a phone call from someone who likes to talk and i know it's going to last a while, I just start walking around. If it's nice outside, I'll head outside and walk around the neighborhood. if it's too cold for that, I just walk around my house. It's amazing how fast those steps can add up.
