Tell the world how awesome you are, even if it's for something small. Post it in your status, shout it out in your blog. Give yourself the praise you deserve! Toot your own horn! This will help you focus on the positives rather than focusing on the work remaining to be done.
Too often, I see people apologizing for bragging about an achievement. You deserve to brag for passing up that cookie! For checking yourself out! For finding a muscle that wasn't there before! I blog about what's going right when I feel down, and find that it lifts my spirits every time.
Although SP is great as a virtual community for dieters, sometimes I feel like I need a face-to-face support from people who are going through the same thing. That's why an OA meeting is so great. Makes me want to be abstinent from harmful foods, so that I can brag about it at the next meeting! :)
