I take food grade extracts and add a drop or two. EG: Mint extract, Peppermint Extract, Orange Extract, Raspberry extract Find these in the spices aisle of your supermarket. You would normally use them in cooking or baking, but a few drops to your water will make drinking 8+ glasses a day more fun!

Try tossing any of the following into your glass of water to make it taste better: lemon wedge, lime wedge, orange wedge, sprig of fresh mint, cucumber slice. It adds a subtle flavor and makes it taste better without adding too many calories or making it into something other than water.
