  • Yes, chew slowly and enjoy the taste and texture of your food. At least 35 chews per mouthful to give you and ideal what your mouth is capable of doing and do some work for your stomach. Learning to just enjoy eating is hard to do with today's lifestyle. Try not to read or watch TV while eating, but enjoy conversations family style. - by VICTORIAV4
