And I am so comfortable doing this - activities at home! We even have a fire pit. If we wanted to, we could camp in our backyard. It costs virtually nothing outside our budget to stay at home and we can still have fun!

It's so important to find a few things you like and mix them up. Our bodies adapt to what we do consistently - so if we only walk, or only do one type of cardio - eventually our bodies will resist us. Find a couple of things you enjoy and mix up the days you do them on!
It's way too easy to be thinking about what comes next, instead of staying focused on what I'm doing. When I stay IN THE MOMENT, I actually get more done: Things run smoother, I have more fun doing everyday things--I enjoy things more-- and I do a better job at WHATEVER I am doing, whether it is an errand, exercise, cooking or eating... It's actually mentally refreshing!
I tell myself everyday that what I'm doing is a lifestyle change. If I want icecream, I eat the real thing , but less often because that's how i will live my life. i eat candy , but not everyday, I still go out to dinner, but now take 1/2 home for lunch. My new lifestlye involves exercise, eating more healthy, tracking daily, and enjoying all the things I did before starting my journey, but in a controlled way.41
