Drink, Drink, And Drink More Water!




The most important thing in staying healthy and weight loss is to drink, drink drink! So many people struggle with it. I bought a SP water bottle and take it everywhere I go... it keeps the water cool and fresh. And you feel so much better when you are hydrated.

  • That is a hard one for me I really need to work on it. Maybe a SP water bottle would help, the plastic one I have isn't cutting it.

  • Like many of you I hated drinking water so I only drank Coke and Coffee. It's been 3 years or more and I only drink diet Coke and Coffee maybe and that's a big maybe twice a month. I drink water not enough but that is part of my goal. I was good at drinking 64oz a day but then my focus went somewhere else and I stopped. I'm starting all over again and I am now reminded of how great water feels after a good workout, how it helps me before eating a meal so I don't overeat and it's just refreshing. - by XIOMI1209

  • Getting my water in is very important to me. I know if I dont carry my water bottle with me, I feel like Im missing something. Which is true, Im missing not having my water drink through out my day. When I have my water with me, I tend to drink it more.   • At first I can honestly say I hated drinking water, but now I constantly have a glass of water (with a slice of lemon)or water bottle with me, and I actually crave it. I haven't had a diet soda in three months and that has helped me not only drink more water but my asthma has improved. emoticon - by LADYHAWKES
