I plan for a week ahead...On Saturday or Sunday, I use the SparkMeal Plan and then adjust as necessary for the week's schedule. After I print the menues, I keep them on the kitchen counter so I can see what's up for the day without having to log on, etc.
I've also found that by planning the week ahead, I've make less stops at the grocery store, which in turn, is saving us a bundle!!
