I lost 110 lbs maintaining that within 7 pounds now for 4 months. If the scale creeps higher than that, I quickly review my food intake and my exercise workouts. Did my treats become cheats? Did my workout get lax? I check off my water, my food, and my exercise to reinstate the success I know. emoticon

I do 3 and then panic sets in, lol.
