I crave dessert after dinner. It's been a hard habit to kick. But now I have a bowl of cereal with soy milk when I crave sweets instead of cookies or pastries. It's just about fat free with a minimal amount of calories, plus I get a little protein from the soy milk. I get my fix without the guilt.
