Making Abs Work Every Day!!

I thought up another way to GET IN MORE EXERCISE for my Abs while my toddler naps! As soon as my toddler goes to sleep,for the next 5-10 minutes, I work on my abdominal muscles with the use of my AB ROLLER . emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
I try to do this without fail EVERY DAY and have noticed because I have been CONSISTENTLY doing these stomach exercises,my stomach muscles are STRONGER!!! I wouldn't have thought up to 10 min. a day could make a difference,but it DOES!!{Note: I usually do 10 different exercises x 10 =100 total}

    Thanks for that comment. I just remembered, I have an abs roller. I am going to pull it out and start back using it!!!!!!!!
