I am a type 2 diabetic with a horrible sweet tooth. I have discovered sugar free popsicles (about 15 - 30 cal. depending on the brand you buy). They satisfy my sweet craving and take a while to eat which is helping with hunger pains also.

My diabetic nutrionalist said to have small amounts of candy or something sweet in order to satisfy the sweet tooth. I have the minature candy bars usually 1 but sometimes 2 and its enough to satisfy my sweet tooth sometimes for days. It's enough to keep me from binging on sweet things.
