This is so true. I set my workout gear out at night. So I don't even have to think about looking for it in the morning. The next morning, before I know it, I am 1 mile into my run and the endorphins start to kick in, and I am so happy that I'm in my running shoes and running before I had a chance to think...maybe I'll do something else.
