I have recently picked up hoopdancing as a fun and easy exercise. It gets your heart pumping and the sweat dripping but it's so fun that I forget I'm exercising. Plus, I get to learn all these awesome tricks! :)
I loved this advice from Chris Powell, he suggested do 10 minutes every day and when you feel comfortable add 5 more minutes and et cetera. You'd think I would've thought of that, but I didn't. lol 334
