It helps me to remember the reasons why I want to be healthy and loose weight. It increases my mood and energy, plus I am getting ready for vacation this summer (Jamaica) and a wedding next summer. I want to look good in my wedding dress and have energy to get through the day :)

I took the Spark advice and drew a poster of different reasons why I want to get fit. There's a stick figure me hiking up a mountain, watering flowers, standing next to a rack of pretty clothes, etc. I see it every day and remember why I am doing this and how I felt when I drew the pictures. It also occasionally sparks my Hubby to compliment some effort I make.
I wear a bracalet, its one my mom bought for me, and i wear it all the time and whenever I am tepted I just touch the bracelet and remember why I am doing this. You can make your own bracelet with those little plates they sell @ Michaels that have inspiring words. A reminder on the go!227
